Scottish Chamber Orchestra
with Nicola Benedetti

October 20  Thursday at 7:30 pm

EJ THOMAS HALL

Ambassadors of Scotland's cultural excellence

With violinist Nicola Benedetti

BBC Music Magazine proclaimed they “must be one of the finest ensembles of its kind in the world today.” Now, hear them apply their exceptional sound to one of Mendelssohn’s most spellbinding works: his Scottish Symphony. Plus, experience Bruch’s Violin Concerto featuring violinist Nicola Benedetti — one of the most sought-after violinists of her generation (and another Scot).

Audience members are invited to start the evening in EJ’s intimate Flying Balcony Club with our Concert Conversation between local theatre aficionado Ian Haberman and Scottish Chamber Orchestra CEO Gavin Reid at 6:45 p.m. Plus, enjoy complimentary refreshments and wine.

Opening at 6:30 p.m., the Flying Balcony Club is on the top floor of EJ and accessible by elevator.
